All service agreements include hardware maintenance, replacement and support, 24/7 technical support by certified network technicians and access to the online portal.

The combination of our global offices, our technical in-house competencies and Spirent® testing centres means that we can provide the very best protection for your network, so nothing is left to chance.

For Panasonic and all handheld terminals we offer two kinds of service agreements. The first is a fully comprehensive solution on a one-year basis, covering all internal and external errors, with a repair time of 3-5 days, excl. delivery. The second is an agreement, in which payment is per repair.
