Prices and Payment

All prices are excl. VAT unless otherwise stated.

All prices displayed in the shop are non-binding . and we reserve the right not to deliver at the price indicated, as prices might change without notice .


Usually, items that are in stock, will be delivered in 2-3 business days. Some products coming from external warehouses can take up to 10 days. In case of sold out customer will be informed of delivery time by email.

In case of transport damage , this must be reported immediately to the carrier. Shipping is done solely at the customer's expense and risk.

Warranty and RMA

RMA form must be completed and sent with the product or contact us on +45 70 22 10 30 to get a RMA number before sending your product for repair.

For warranty repair, a copy of original purchase invoice and RMA form must always be enclosed. The equipment must be packed in the original packaging (or other protective packaging ) . The warranty is only valid for items purchased from Micro Nordic.

If the product is not defective, Micro Nordic reserves the right to charge a fee of € 300. RMA goods cannot be shipped by cash on delivery . Save your postal receipt, it is your guarantee that you sent the product to us. Normal repair time is 5-7 business days.

This warranty does not cover:

* Products that are tried modified or repaired.
* Failures due to abuse or misuse of the product .
* External factors such . lightning and fire.
* If environmental requirements are not fulfilled (eg . Temperature and humidity) .
* Normal wear and tear parts (eg . Printheads , batteries , etc.).

Items that are defective upon receipt can be returned .
Complaints must be made as soon as possible and no later than 5 working days after receipt of the goods . Returns can only be arranged with our sales and order department.

Micro Nordic is not responsible for loss of earnings, or other direct / indirect losses can be carried back to the products supplied by Micro Nordic.

Micro Nordic sells goods to registered companies with VAT number and are therefore not covered by consumer protection laws. If a customer gets written authorization to return an item which is not defective, the item within 5 days after the permit is sent to us in perfect condition and in original packaging with delivery note and invoice copy , undamaged and perfectly acceptable .

Micro Nordic calculates a restocking fee of 20 % of the item price invoiced , min € 100, as well as any cost of replacing the damaged packaging and / or damaged / defective goods . Returns must always be returned in original packaging with delivery note and invoice copy.
